How to Create an Office Relocation Project Plan

The creation of a Project Plan is essential for any business planning an office relocation. It outlines your reasons for relocating, which in turn will help to determine your new requirements for office space, location, budget and timing.

An Office Relocation Project Plan will become the backbone of your project and should be created at the outset before any other decision is made.
